Return/Exchange Policy

Please email support@sugarhoneydoll.com if you would like to receive store credit or exchange your item. Please include your name and order number in the email.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply mail back your item for store credit. Once received, we will then send you a 'promotion code' for the amount of store credit and then you simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order. (Before it's sold out!) *Merchandise must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects.​

All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Return/exchange shipping is the buyers responsibility. 


Depending on where you live and also where it's being shipped, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. It's usually only 2-5 business days on average!

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
